Fox News has chosen not to broadcast an advertisement that features Joe Rogan’s remarks likening federal immigration agents to the Gestapo, as reported by various sources.
The ad, produced by the Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA) and titled “It’s Gone Too Far,” addresses the recent killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, alongside the detention of five-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos. It urges President Donald Trump to halt his aggressive immigration policies.
“Federal agents are executing and terrorizing American citizens,” the voiceover states emphatically. “Detaining and teargassing children, creating chaos.”
A clip of Rogan follows, where he questions, “Are we really going to be the Gestapo? Where’s your papers? Is that what we’ve come to?”
“ICE are out of control,” the narrator continues. “When the government kills Americans and lies about the victims to cover up the crime, it’s not law and order and it’s not leadership. Those responsible must be fired. President Trump, stop the abuse, investigate the killings, it’s gone too far.”

While networks like CNN and MSNBC are airing the JDCA’s advertisement this week, Fox News has opted out, according to reports.
Halie Soifer, CEO of JDCA, expressed disappointment over the rejection, noting that they had aimed to air the ad during a segment of Fox and Friends, a morning show that Trump reportedly watches regularly. No explanation for the decision was provided.
In a statement regarding the ad, Soifer remarked, “Jewish Americans have long rejected Trump’s extremism, but it’s now reached a tipping point for our community and our country.”
“Every American needs to turn their outrage into action, and with the midterms on the horizon, now is a critical moment to reject Trump’s dangerous chaos,” she added.
“Images of the execution of American citizens in the streets remind us of the darkest moments in our history. As Jewish Americans whose values are threatened by this White House, we feel obligated to sound the alarm and declare that ‘It’s gone too far,’ which is precisely what we’re doing with this ad.”

Rogan, who previously supported Trump during the 2024 presidential election by inviting him onto his show, has since adopted a more critical stance towards the president.
Last year, he described Trump’s crackdown on undocumented migrants as “f***ing nuts,” mocked his texting style as akin to that of a “79-year-old kid,” and questioned the rationale behind hosting UFC fights on the White House lawn, an event Trump plans for this year.
In a recent conversation with NBC News, Trump dismissed Rogan’s criticisms, stating they had enjoyed “a great conversation” just three days prior. He added: “I think he’s a great guy, and I think he likes me, too.”
