How to Unsee It?! RFK Jr. Shares Workout Video Featuring Kid Rock
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. shared a workout video featuring musician Kid Rock, stirring a whirlwind of reactions across social media platforms.
In a post made Tuesday afternoon, Kennedy, 72, declared: “I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD.” Kid Rock, famed for tracks like “All Summer Long” and “Cowboy,” has long been an advocate for the Trump administration.
The 90-second clip opens with Kennedy and Kid Rock posing shirtless, as the phrase “Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock’s ROCK OUT WORK OUT” flashes on the screen.

Following this introduction, viewers are treated to a montage showcasing the duo eating, cruising in a car, and waving a U.S. flag before they hit the gym.
In a sauna scene, both engage in workouts on stationary bikes and perform push-ups, with Kid Rock humorously flipping the bird at the camera while pedaling.
At one point, Kennedy is seen immersing himself in a tub while still clad in jeans.

After a spirited game of pickleball, the pair unwind in a pool, sipping glasses of milk as the words “WHOLE MILK” flash across the screen.
The montage concludes with the Department of Health and Human Services logo alongside the slogan: “Make America Healthy Again.”
Social media users responded with a mix of amusement and criticism.

California Governor Gavin Newsom’s press office shared a screenshot from the video, quipping: “Is this after toilet seat #2 or #3?” This remark references Kennedy’s candid admission on Theo Von’s podcast about past drug use involving toilet seats.
Alyssa Farah Griffin, co-host of “The View,” expressed her bewilderment on X: “What the [bleep] did I just watch?”
Others poked fun at Kennedy’s choice of gym attire, with one user commenting: “Not the jeans in the gym and sauna!”

Kennedy, who has previously been seen working out in jeans, explained last year that he found it “convenient” and has since grown accustomed to it.
The Department of Health and Human Services joined the conversation by resharing the video on X with the caption “BawitMAHA,” a nod to Kid Rock’s 1999 hit “Bawitdaba,” which serves as the soundtrack for the video.
Inquiries have been made to Kennedy’s office regarding the public's reaction to this unconventional fitness promotion.
