YouTuber Piper Rockelle Opens Up About Throuple Relationship Following OnlyFans Controversy and $22 Million Lawsuit
Piper Rockelle, an 18-year-old social media sensation, has confirmed her involvement in a throuple with TikTok influencer Madi and streamer Rakai. In a candid conversation with TMZ, she stated, “Rakai has been open about being with other girls in this relationship, so why can’t I?” This declaration marks a significant moment in her personal life, as she embraces a dynamic that challenges traditional relationship norms.

“I think it is becoming one of those things where it’s like an open relationship,” Piper elaborated. “If Rakai is hanging out and doing stuff with other girls, so am I.” Her relationship with Madi seems to bring her joy, as she described her partner as “so hot” and someone who makes her feel special. “We just vibe,” she added, hinting at a deep connection. Piper also mentioned Madi’s acceptance of her OnlyFans venture, suggesting that their relationship is built on mutual support.
Piper’s journey to fame began at the tender age of four when she watched the reality show Toddlers & Tiaras with her mother, Tiffany Smith. Inspired, she declared, “I can do it better.” By the age of seven, she was gaining traction on Music.ly, which later evolved into TikTok. Within two years, she ranked among the platform's top creators. A pivotal shift occurred in 2017 when a social media producer encouraged her to transition to YouTube, leading to the formation of the Squad—a group known for pranks and challenges reminiscent of Jake Paul’s Team 10.

The Squad quickly amassed over a billion views, resulting in lucrative partnerships with major companies like NBCUniversal and Disney. At the height of her success, reports indicated that Piper was earning up to $7.5 million annually. However, this empire faced turmoil in 2022 when 11 former Squad members and their families filed a $22 million lawsuit against her mother, alleging a toxic work environment and inadequate compensation for the young creators.
Piper and Tiffany responded with a $30 million counter-suit for defamation and conspiracy. The legal battle concluded in 2024 with an out-of-court settlement of $1.85 million, without any admission of liability. The saga captured public interest, leading Netflix to produce a documentary titled Bad Influence: The Dark Side of Kidfluencing, released last April.

Capitalizing on the documentary's notoriety, Piper launched her OnlyFans account on January 1 of this year, claiming to have earned over $2 million on her first day. In an interview with Rolling Stone, she expressed her indifference to critics labeling her as a sex worker or sellout. “You can say whatever you want,” she stated defiantly. “I really don’t.” Piper emphasized her desire to break free from the image of a “sweet little girl” and assert her independence in a world that often tries to define her.
