Aaron Rodgers Labels Exes as 'Attention-Seekers' and Urges Them to 'Just Move On'

NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers unleashed a scathing critique of his former partners on Wednesday, branding them as “relevance-seeking” opportunists. While he refrained from naming names, the high-profile women from his past have certainly made headlines regarding their relationships with him.

During an appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Rodgers reflected on his romantic history, revealing that he married a woman he met in 2017, whom he referred to only as Brittani. “I knew that there was something crazy special about this, and I wanted to be with her,” he shared, adding that she often joked about not wanting to be a player’s wife or live in Green Bay.

Rodgers then pivoted to address his ex-girlfriends directly, imploring them to “stop lying” and “move on.” He remarked that after Brittani relocated, he found himself in “crazy town.”

The quarterback's dating history includes notable figures such as NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, actress Olivia Munn, and Golden Globe nominee Shailene Woodley. Each of these relationships has been scrutinized, with many of his exes expressing less than favorable opinions about their time together.

Patrick characterized her relationship with Rodgers as “emotionally abusive,” while Woodley described it as “beautiful” yet “not right.” Munn hinted at an unhealthy family dynamic contributing to their breakup.

“I was with individuals who called the paparazzi, who leaked or talked about where I was living,” Rodgers disclosed. “I never really wanted to live a public life.”

He elaborated on the media narrative surrounding his family, stating, “For years it was one-sided. They were making shots in the media, saying bullshit. I never said anything until it got to the point where I’m like, all right, enough is enough.”

Rodgers expressed frustration over the narratives surrounding his past relationships, asserting that they have become “a little bit ridiculous.” He maintained the anonymity of his exes but urged them to “just fucking move on. It’s been years and years and years.”

“And I’ve dealt with clinically bipolar, I dealt with depressed, relevance-seeking individuals who wanted to explore other options before committing to me,” he continued. “Then they go on TV talking about how I ruined their lives and all this shit.”

Rodgers reiterated his desire for them to move forward: “Just move on with your life. Stop lying about me.”

In addition to his personal life, Rodgers has been vocal in his support for Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., made controversial remarks about Jimmy Kimmel, and faced backlash for mocking a child during a celebrity golf tournament.

“I have a super small circle,” he said regarding his wife. “It’s getting smaller by the minute. The people in that tiny circle know her and love her. The people that aren’t, that’s just the way it is. Like, that’s life.”
