Billionaire Stephen Cloobeck Sticks to Wedding Plans Despite Penthouse Pet Bride's Legal Troubles
Stephen Cloobeck, a billionaire from Beverly Hills, has made it clear that he intends to marry his bride-to-be, Adva Lavie, despite her ongoing legal issues. The couple had initially planned a wedding in Jerusalem on June 18, but those plans have been complicated by Lavie's recent arrest and subsequent ankle monitoring.
Lavie, 28, is currently facing six felony charges for allegedly exploiting older men through dating apps. She has pleaded not guilty and is restricted from leaving California while her case is pending. Cloobeck, 64, expressed his commitment to the marriage, stating, “The marriage is still on, the date is now a secret.”

Details surrounding the wedding remain undisclosed, raising questions about whether Lavie will be able to travel to Jerusalem unless a judge lifts her ankle monitor restrictions. Since November, she has been seeking to have the electronic device removed, arguing that it hinders her modeling career.
In a court motion, Lavie submitted provocative modeling photos and letters from potential employers to support her request. One image shows her confidently walking a runway in a bikini, while another features her wearing a tiara. The motion included a letter from Morio Parker, founder of the Ganja Collection, who described Lavie as “an indispensable asset to our brand” and urged the court to remove the ankle monitor to prevent “irreparable damage” to her career.

Parker emphasized that the presence of the ankle monitor would render any promotional footage unusable. Similarly, Brian Lucey, a music mastering engineer with multiple Grammy awards, stated that he could not hire Lavie for upcoming music videos due to her legal situation.
Despite her restrictions, Lavie has reportedly left California at least once since being placed under electronic monitoring. A viral video captured Cloobeck proposing to Lavie during an exclusive Las Vegas fundraiser in February, attended by numerous celebrities.

Cloobeck's association with controversial figures has also come under scrutiny; he previously hosted former Congressman Eric Swalwell, who faced multiple allegations of sexual misconduct. Following these accusations, Cloobeck expelled Swalwell from his home.
Lavie's past includes a marriage to porn star Edan Ives, who described their relationship as open-minded and non-monogamous in a letter to the judge. The couple filed for divorce in March.

The trial for Lavie's case is anticipated to commence towards the end of May. If convicted on all charges, she could face a lengthy prison sentence of up to 11 years and eight months.
