Bunnie Xo nearly faced hospitalization due to malnutrition after her split from Jelly Roll, revealing a shocking 20-pound weight loss.

“I lost 20 pounds,” she disclosed on her “Dumb Blonde” podcast. “I was not eating. I wasn’t drinking.”

Her friends intervened, administering IVs as she struggled with severe malnourishment.

“I couldn’t even stand up, because I was so f—ing devastated,” the OnlyFans creator stated.

She described her friends taking shifts to monitor her, concerned not just about her physical state but also her mental health.

“I was on the floor screaming, crying, because I could not understand what the f—k was going on,” she recounted.

Bunnie Xo, aged 46, and Jelly Roll, aged 41, were together for nearly a decade before their breakup. The country singer filed for divorce in Williamson County, Tennessee, on May 18.

The couple tied the knot in 2016 after meeting at a concert in Las Vegas. Their marriage faced turmoil, including a separation in 2018 due to Jelly Roll's infidelity. They reconciled later that year and renewed their vows in 2023.

“Who knew that us breaking up in 2018, me moving back to Vegas & you coming to get me back – would have put us on this wild journey called life,” she posted in a TikTok earlier this year.

Just weeks after the divorce became public, Bunnie Xo was spotted kissing 24-year-old “Calabasas Confidential” star Dylan Wolf on July 4, as captured in a video.

The footage showed them in the rooftop VIP section at Jelly Roll's Nashville bar, enjoying each other's company.

The following day, they were seen together again, with photos surfacing shortly after.

Bunnie Xo claimed that Jelly Roll “gets it” and had “no issue at all” with her new romantic interest.

In a June 26 podcast episode, she mentioned an influx of attention from men sliding into her DMs.

“I have the blue check marks coming in,” she noted, adding that “a couple of guys sent [her] poems.”

During a concert on June 18, Jelly Roll briefly addressed their split, stating, “Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends,” emphasizing that she would “probably be the only woman I will ever love the way I loved her” and asserting that “nobody cheated on nobody.”
