Donald Trump’s health is under scrutiny as reports surface about “two mangled hands.”

During a recent appearance in the Oval Office, attention shifted to his left hand, which displayed noticeable bruising. This is a stark contrast to the usual focus on his right hand, often seen with a large bruise, sometimes concealed with makeup.

Aaron Rupar highlighted the issue on X, noting visible bruising and discoloration on Trump’s left hand, which typically does not attract such concern. This revelation follows disturbing claims about Trump’s personal habits.

The post included a photograph showing the discoloration on his left hand, leading some to speculate that he may have used cosmetics to cover certain spots.

One observer remarked, “All seriousness aside, the one thing that makes no sense is why he doesn’t bother to use a shade that better matches his skin tone if he’s so desperate to hide it.”

Another quipped, “He’s been shaking hands with himself a lot.”

A third individual expressed surprise at the condition of the other hand, stating, “Wait, the *other* hand? That’s a genuinely surprising detail. Hope it heals up fast!”

Responses varied, with one simply stating, “Gross,” while another noted, “Lately, both of them are mangled.”

Some suggested there might be legitimate explanations for the state of his hands, arguing that observers could be overreacting.

Speculation about Trump’s right hand is not new. The White House previously addressed the issue due to its prominence in public discourse.

In July of last year, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt attributed the bruising to frequent handshaking. The discoloration on the 80-year-old’s hand was first observed several weeks after the November 2024 presidential election.

However, it’s worth noting that Trump does not use his left hand for shaking hands. Last summer, he was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), which the White House stated accounts for his swollen ankles often seen bursting from his shoes during public appearances. CVI is a common diagnosis for individuals over 70 years of age.
