Emily Ratajkowski Unleashes Jaw-Dropping Confession About Sex Life with Ex-Husband
Emily Ratajkowski's marriage crumbled into dust, with the model confessing that she and ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard stopped having sex just six months after their son was born.
The 35-year-old laid bare her struggles in a new essay for the Cut, featuring a provocative photo shoot of her breastfeeding a doll.
Ratajkowski described the chaotic shift in her life post-birth, stating she faced “a violent transition into a new reality of screaming baby on my aching tit and ring on my swollen finger.”
She characterized the disintegration of her marriage as a process that felt both “instant and excruciatingly slow.”
“Six months after my son was born, my husband and I stopped having sex,” Ratajkowski wrote. “Less than a year later, we separated.”
Insiders claimed the filmmaker was unfaithful, labeling him a “serial cheater.”
Ratajkowski filed for divorce in September 2022. The following year, Bear-McClard faced serious allegations of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior with teenage girls, as reported in an explosive Variety exposé. He has not publicly addressed these claims.
After finalizing her divorce last summer, Ratajkowski expressed frustration over how people perceived her post-split. She noted the “condescending way” others looked at her, filled with pity as they offered their condolences.
“I couldn’t stand my pathetic reflection in their eyes. They saw me as someone who was unwanted, who had been left,” she explained.
As a child, Ratajkowski believed it was “crucial” to avoid becoming a single mom, viewing the term as an insult.
“Having a child with the wrong man was the fastest way to ruin your life as a woman — it meant having no freedom, no choices, no emergency exit,” she shared. “All baggage and no security.”
However, she quickly embraced her new identity as a single mother and dove into a hookup “mania,” declaring she “decided to f**k my way into a new kind of woman.”
As she navigated through various partners, Ratajkowski recognized that her single life starkly contrasted with her pre-marriage existence.
“Before my separation, I’d never had a one-night stand. I’d never slept with someone the same day I met them. In fact, I’d only slept with eight people: four of whom had been live-in boyfriends, and one of whom was my male best friend in high school,” she recounted.
“I didn’t f**k anyone I wasn’t pretty sure would fall in love with me because I wanted to be precious.”
She detailed encounters with “uniquely disturbed characters from man hell” in New York, including a DJ who casually mentioned incest in his family during dinner.
“But he was an anomaly,” she remarked about the DJ. “There was Vegan Graffiti Artist with impeccable posture, Chef who thought he might have chlamydia, Spanish Gen-Zer who couldn’t stop sending me nudes, heavily self-medicated Son of a Billionaire with questionable politics, several Italians, and, of course, another DJ.”
“The list goes on but, for legal reasons, will not,” Ratajkowski added.
The actress’s most intense situationship involved a man she referred to as “Elder Millennial,” who professed his love for her after just three weeks of knowing each other, igniting anxiety within her.
Ratajkowski found it unsettling when “Elder Millennial” called her a “whore” to provoke intimacy, leading her to end things by stating, “The dirty talk isn’t really working for me.”
She likened her post-divorce behavior to that of a “supervillain” like Poison Ivy or Catwoman, admitting she acted “as misguided and vulnerable as I’d been in my 20s when I was playing the good girl.”
Ultimately, she revealed that she “wasn’t getting off on the sex” because she was “too preoccupied” with loving and caring for her son, prompting her decision to fully end her hookup phase.
