Throughout her time in the villa, Kenzie navigated multiple romantic connections. She kicked things off with Zach Georgiou, then switched gears to Corbin Mims. However, America intervened, swapping her partner to Caleb McDaniel. Just before heading to Casa Amor, she reunited with Corbin.

Ultimately, Kenzie departed the villa alongside Dylan Wrona.

Love Island USA, a spinoff of the original U.K. series that launched in 2002, showcases a rotating cast of singles who must pair up to remain in the luxurious villa. The Islanders live under constant surveillance and must couple up to compete for a $100,000 prize.
