Nightmare on Live TV: Massive Cockroach Invades Reporter’s Space
Disgusting!
A massive flying cockroach invaded the personal space of a Los Angeles TV reporter during a live broadcast, creating a shocking scene on air.

The grotesque insect crawled across the chest and neck of KTLA reporter Rachel Menitoff while she was delivering her report.
Menitoff maintained her composure, seemingly unfazed by the bug until her colleagues at the anchor desk relayed the unsettling news, prompting her to finally react.

“An insect crashed @KTLA reporter @RachelMenitoff’s live shot last night, and we must praise her professionalism,” the local news station posted on X, sharing the clip. “Who else could remain this cool!?”
Viewers expressed disbelief at Menitoff's calm demeanor throughout the disturbing encounter.

“I’ve seen my wife jump six feet at the very sight of a bug, especially big ones like that. Yeah, she did a great job,” one commenter noted.
Another viewer added, “I would have completely freaked out. Next time... just forget the live television audience watching... they’ll all understand.”
A third commenter declared, “She deserves her Christmas bonus!”
