Sky News Shuts Down for Shocking Trump Announcement - A Devastating Blow
Sky News presenter Matt Barbet interrupted the broadcast for a shocking announcement regarding Donald Trump, who faces a significant setback as tensions escalate with Iran. The U.S. has ramped up military actions, and Trump declared the restoration of a blockade on Iranian ports, positioning the U.S. as "the guardian" of the Strait of Hormuz.
Barbet reported, "Some breaking news to bring you now. Donald Trump has talked about Iran this evening, saying, 'We’re going to hit them hard tonight and tomorrow.' He has spoken on the Hugh Hewitt Show about this. He seems to suggest more military action this evening."

The conflict intensified as Tehran and Washington clashed over control of the Strait of Hormuz, following a series of strikes exchanged throughout Sunday night. In a post on Truth Social, Trump asserted that the strait "will remain OPEN, with or without Iran."
Barbet emphasized the latest escalation, reiterating Trump's aggressive stance: "The latest flare-up between Iran and the U.S. over the Strait of Hormuz just to reiterate that point. He said, 'We’re going to hit them hard tonight and tomorrow.'"

Trump has downplayed the importance of a memorandum of understanding he signed last month with Iran aimed at ending hostilities, labeling it a mere "test" with little significance due to what he described as dealing with dishonorable "sleaze bags."
"We’re going to hit them very hard tonight and we’re going to hit them hard tomorrow - and there’s not a damn thing they can do about it," Trump stated in an interview with conservative talk show host Hugh Hewitt. "They have nothing. They have nothing going other than they have big mouths."
Viewers reacted sharply to the Sky News announcement. One remarked, "The president finds himself in an unwinnable war of attrition where the more he hits, the more he loses." Another added, "Trump is trapped. He is losing control here. It’s always the same. UK should stay well out of all these troubles. We have no business in Iran or US," a third chimed in.
