Susie Wiles Slams 'Fiction' of Her Departure from Trump's White House
Susie Wiles is not backing down. She slammed a report claiming she plans to leave the Trump administration as “fiction.”
The White House chief of staff took to social media to refute the Daily Mail's allegations, which cited unnamed sources suggesting she feels “drained” and is contemplating stepping down.
“After an accomplishment filled week by President Trump, I have the pleasure of reading a piece of Friday fiction, courtesy of the Daily Mail,” Wiles stated on X, owned by Elon Musk.
“To be crystal clear, I am not going anywhere,” she asserted, emphasizing her commitment to her role.
Wiles, who was publicly announced by Trump in March as having early-stage breast cancer, confirmed she would continue her duties while undergoing treatment. She reiterated her dedication to advancing Trump’s agenda.
“I am honored and proud to serve President Trump, proud of our team and remain fully committed to advancing his agenda on behalf of the American people,” she declared.
Wiles also targeted “some in the media,” accusing them of attempting to create drama around Trump and his associates for over a decade.
“They were wrong then, and they are wrong now,” she concluded.
