Tom Holland just dropped a jaw-dropping nickname for Zendaya that sent social media into a frenzy. The couple, already known for their adorable public moments, took it to another level at the “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” premiere in Rome.
In a clip that exploded online, Holland called out to Zendaya, whose full name is Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman, while she was being interviewed. He shouted, “Maree!” catching everyone off guard.
Zendaya quickly responded, revealing their post-premiere plans. “Giolitti’s!” she yelled back, confirming their destination.
The viral clip has racked up over 5 million views, showcasing the couple's undeniable chemistry. Holland and Zendaya portray Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Michelle “M.J.” Jones in the franchise, and they first went public with their relationship in 2021.

Rumors of their engagement surfaced in late 2024, and Holland hinted at a secret wedding in an interview with Esquire UK last week. This came after stylist Law Roach mentioned at the SAG Actor Awards in March that the couple had already tied the knot.
Despite keeping much of their relationship private, they openly express their love. Holland stated, “We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it’s like to live this life.”
He continued, “So, for me, I found my person. She’s my best friend, and I’m the happiest I have ever been when I’m with her.”
The highly anticipated “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” hits theaters on July 31. The duo will also star in Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey,” set to premiere on July 17.
