Trump Lashes Out at Female Reporter After Learning Her Network's Name

Donald Trump unleashed a tirade against a female reporter after she revealed her network affiliation, branding it as a "failing network."

During a news conference at the NATO Summit, the president took questions from the media. MS NOW international reporter Ines de La Cuetara asked about countries like Spain and Italy, which Trump had previously criticized for not supporting the U.S. in the ongoing Iran war.

When Cuetara introduced herself as being from MS NOW, Trump interrupted, questioning, "You're with who?" Upon hearing her response, he launched into a critique of both her and the network. He stated, "MS NOW? That’s a failing network. Why would you want to work for them?"

He continued, "They wanted to get away. They took the name NBC because they were embarrassed by it." This outburst came as new photos surfaced showing Trump's unfiltered physical appearance without makeup.

Cuetara pressed on, asking if the U.S. would support those countries if they were attacked, given Trump's earlier comments about their lack of support. The president's tone shifted as he emphasized "unification" as the summit's theme.

Despite his earlier aggression, Trump acknowledged Cuetara's question as "very fair." He remarked, "I’ll tell you what, number one, Spain has been very bad, but Italy has been good and almost all countries have been good. They just had a bad moment."

He elaborated on his views regarding the UK's response to his inquiries for assistance, stating, "They went out, I said, 'Would you like to help?' They said, 'We do, we want to wait until the war is over.' This was not the spirit of Winston Churchill." He concluded that the day’s discussions reflected unprecedented "unification" among nations.

Earlier this year, Trump interrupted another female journalist mid-question about Iran, cutting her off before she could finish. He asserted that Iran did not need to make a deal for the U.S. to end its operations there.

When she attempted to continue her question, Trump snapped back, "You want me to answer the question? You are a fresh person, you know? We’ve had a lot of problems with you."

This exchange sparked outrage among viewers, with social media users condemning Trump's behavior. One user remarked on his treatment of female journalists, calling him a "weak, weak man," while another criticized his need for reporters to show deference.
