Eric Trump, the second son of President Donald Trump, received the sole “Father’s Day Tribute” from the company, despite both brothers holding the title of co-executive vice president. The absence of any acknowledgment for Donald Trump Jr. is striking.

The tribute highlighted Eric’s journey from working on his father’s construction sites as a child to taking charge of the Trump Organization. It painted a picture of a man shaped by his father’s influence, detailing his prestigious education, his role in the company, and his status as a father of two.

The message from the Trump Organization emphasized Eric’s control over daily operations and his oversight of everything from architectural design to global expansion strategies. It directly linked his business acumen and family values to those instilled by President Trump.

Why was Donald Trump Jr. excluded? He shares the same executive role as Eric and is a father of five. The lack of recognition is puzzling.

In previous years, both brothers received equal treatment in Father’s Day tributes. In 2024, the company showcased photos of both Donald Trump Jr. with his children and Eric Trump with his own. The same pattern followed in 2022 and even in 2021, where all three were featured together.

This year, however, the focus has shifted predominantly to Eric Trump and his wife, Lara Trump. The company celebrated Lara on Mother’s Day in both 2025 and 2026 with photos of her and their children.

The decision to exclude Donald Trump Jr. comes on the heels of media scrutiny surrounding his recent second wedding, which President Trump notably did not attend. Just before the wedding, President Trump stated it was “not good timing” for him to be there.

The Trump Organization has not provided any comment regarding this glaring oversight.
