Donald Trump’s right arm looked like it was on strike while his left arm flailed around during his 80th birthday bash, triggering a wave of health concerns.
At an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) event on the White House lawn, Trump celebrated this milestone with UFC chief Dana White. As they walked from the Oval Office to the Blue Room Balcony, observers noted something unsettling about Trump’s arm movements.

His right arm hung stiffly at his side, while his left arm swung back and forth. This odd display caught the attention of many. “Why is his left arm swinging all over the place but his right arm hardly moving?” one user questioned. Another remarked, “Trump totally dragging the whole right side of his body along. Can’t swing his arm or leg now.”
Critics didn’t hold back. “They really larded on the makeup on Trump’s right hand...they’re applying it with a paintbrush nowadays,” one noted, pointing out the heavy makeup covering a hand that often shows a large bruise.
Some even speculated about Trump’s attire, suggesting he might be wearing a girdle or diaper. “Looks like death is right behind him,” one observer stated. Another quipped, “Trump is wearing 4 girdles, the boy can hardly walk.”

Concerns about Trump’s health have been mounting. Rumors about him wearing an “adult diaper” resurfaced after unverified claims from former Celebrity Apprentice employee Noel Casler. He alleged that Trump’s bowels were “uncontrollable,” claiming, “He’s worn diapers since probably the 90s.”
This speculation intensified in April when Trump was mocked for a noticeable bulge during a 60 Minutes interview. “Trump, sitting during his 60 Minutes interview, shows not only how morbidly obese he has become, but that he wears a very thick adult diaper,” singer Bill Madden posted alongside an image from the interview.
The chatter picked up again after Trump’s awkward exit from an NBC News interview with Kristen Welker. “Trump has trouble standing up as he WALKS OUT of his interview with Kristen Welker,” one user noted, sharing footage of the incident. Another added, “He was weighed down by his full diaper.”

Persistent bruising on Trump’s hands has also raised eyebrows. His physician claims the bruising results from frequent handshaking while taking aspirin for “cardiovascular prevention.” However, bruises have appeared on both hands despite Trump using only one to greet people.
Last month, Trump underwent yet another medical examination, marking his fourth publicly disclosed checkup since returning to office. This time, he was seen by 22 medical specialists—nearly double the number from previous evaluations and a presidential record.
“It is an extraordinary number,” said Jonathan Reiner, a longtime cardiologist for former vice president Dick Cheney. Following the examination, Dr. Sean Barbabella stated that Trump “remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function.”
