Trump Unleashes 11 Pardons, Claims Victims of Biden's 'Persecution'

Jul 04 2026

Trump declared, “I AM SETTING THEM ALL FREE, RIGHT NOW!” as he signed 11 pardons, framing them as victims of the Biden administration's so-called persecution.

Among the pardoned is Adam Kidan, who served 70 months for conspiracy and fraud linked to a failed $147.5 million scheme to buy SunCruz Casinos using a forged wire transfer. Kidan partnered with notorious lobbyist Jack Abramoff in this criminal endeavor.

Kidan has since pivoted to entrepreneurship, launching multiple staffing companies and becoming a significant donor to Republican causes.

The majority of the pardons target individuals convicted of manipulating emission control systems on vehicles. These offenders sold “defeat devices” and “tuners” to enhance engine performance, violating the Clean Air Act.

Earlier on Truth Social, Trump hinted at issuing six pardons for those convicted under Biden for “fixing their car.” He described their situations as absurd yet factual, calling it part of the “Weaponization and Stupidity” endured during Biden's presidency.

Only two pardons are unrelated to environmental offenses. The second is Jack Harvard, convicted of bank fraud in Texas during the 1980s, who now operates the Texas Safari Ranch in Clifton.

The complete list of pardons includes detailed descriptions of each case as provided by the White House.
