Twitch Star Alinity Ends Relationship After Boyfriend Gives Career Ultimatum
Twitch streamer Alinity has announced her split from her boyfriend of two years, following an ultimatum that forced her to choose between their relationship and her streaming career.
During a live broadcast on March 8, Alinity shared the emotional details of the breakup, revealing it occurred just hours before she went live. “Okay, so basically there’s like some sh*t going on in my life, kind of private stuff,” she told her audience, visibly shaken.
She confirmed that the relationship ended after her boyfriend expressed dissatisfaction with her career as a streamer. “My boyfriend of two years decided to tell me that I have to decide between being with him and my job,” she explained. “So, we broke up this morning.”
Alinity elaborated that the ultimatum came despite her boyfriend being aware of her streaming career when they began dating. “He knew it going in. Yeah, but he decided he didn’t want it anymore,” she stated.
“He didn’t break up with me. He made me choose,” Alinity continued. “Like choosing between the person that I love and the thing that I love that I’ve been doing for 13 years. I can’t make that decision.”
However, she made it clear that her streaming career was the obvious priority. “I’m obviously going to pick my stream. What do you mean? I don’t even have to think about it. It’s over. No man. I love my job. I f**king love streaming,” she declared.
