Vanessa Trump Shifts Attention to Her Children Amid Tiger Woods DUI Incident

Mar 31 2026

Vanessa Trump, former spouse of Donald Trump Jr., remained silent on social media regarding her boyfriend Tiger Woods' recent DUI arrest after a rollover accident in Florida.

Instead, she shared moments from her family life, including a photo of her 18-year-old daughter, golfer Kai Trump, with tennis coach Jason Stacy and fellow golfer Allan Kournikova at the Miami Open.

In another post, Vanessa highlighted a video of Kai discussing her introduction to golf, followed by a picture featuring her daughter and 13-year-old son, Spencer Trump, alongside Aryna Sabalenka, who celebrated her victory at the Miami Open.

Woods faced charges for DUI, property damage, and refusing a urine test after his Land Rover overturned in a collision with a trailer-pulling truck near his Jupiter Island residence. Fortunately, neither he nor the truck driver sustained injuries, according to authorities.

This incident has raised concerns among fans about Woods’ health and has overshadowed discussions about his potential participation in the upcoming Masters tournament, which seemed uncertain as he aimed to regain fitness.

The relationship between Woods and Vanessa Trump has been ongoing for over a year, receiving approval from Donald Trump, who expressed happiness for the couple.

A source close to them revealed that Vanessa has been “very supportive” of Woods’ golf career but often finds herself managing the complexities of her life with five children. “She is happy with him and any issues they have are not about her,” the source noted, emphasizing Woods’ struggles with performance and physical pain.

Should Woods decide to compete in the Masters, Vanessa would support his choice. “She does all she can but some of it is out of her hands,” the insider added.

This is not Woods' first encounter with the law; he was previously arrested for DUI in 2017 when police discovered him asleep at the wheel of his damaged vehicle. He attributed that incident to a mix of prescription medications causing an “unexpected reaction,” denying alcohol involvement and later pleading guilty to reckless driving.

In 2021, Woods endured severe injuries from a high-speed crash near Los Angeles, leading to multiple surgeries that have affected his performance since then.
