Wall Street Unleashes New 5-Letter Insult for Trump

Apr 30 2026

As Cinco De Mayo approaches, Wall Street has introduced a new five-letter jab aimed squarely at President Donald Trump. Following the notorious TACO—Trump Always Chickens Out—this latest moniker also draws inspiration from Mexican cuisine.

On Wednesday, Bloomberg columnist Javier Blas shared on X that one financial analyst is now using NACHO to critique the president’s approach to the Iran conflict.

This acronym packs a punch, standing for “Not A Chance Hormuz Opens,” directly referencing Iran's recent restrictions on navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. This vital waterway is crucial, as it typically facilitates the passage of 20% of the world’s oil and natural gas.

Attempts to elicit a response from the White House were met with silence, as no immediate comment was provided.

Given Trump's previous reaction to TACO, it’s reasonable to assume he may not take kindly to this new acronym either.

Yet, there’s a silver lining for the president. Earlier this month, Fox News host Griff Jenkins proposed a more upbeat interpretation of NACHO: “Never Avoids Confronting Hard Obstacles,” which certainly has a different flavor.

Jenkins was also contacted for his thoughts on this latest NACHO iteration, but no response was forthcoming.

Meanwhile, Blas's post has sparked a flurry of spicy reactions online, showcasing the ongoing banter surrounding Trump's presidency.
