Angelina Pivarnick’s Heart-Wrenching Miscarriage Revelation on ‘Jersey Shore’
Angelina Pivarnick dropped a gut-wrenching bombshell, declaring, “I’m actively miscarrying,” in a trailer for the upcoming episode of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.”

In a raw moment, Pivarnick broke down, telling a friend, “It f—king kills me, dude.”

The 39-year-old reality star opened up about alarming symptoms she faced during Thursday’s episode. “I’m just not feeling myself,” she confessed in a confessional. “Some stuff’s happening with me and my pregnancy, and I don’t know what’s going on. I don’t even know what to do.”

During a heart-wrenching conversation with co-star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Pivarnick revealed she was “spotting” and had to wear a pad.

Giancola, who was also pregnant, expressed her concern, stating, “That to me, makes me a little nervous. I’m going to be honest with you, when I miscarried, chemical pregnancy, I was spotting right away and then it happened.”

She urged Pivarnick, “I don’t want to think the worst, but for your own peace of mind, go to the ER.”

Pivarnick acknowledged she “needed to get checked out,” but hesitated to share her struggles with others because she was “definitely scared about what [she] might find out.”

She added, “There’s no sperm donor now. I did not think I was able to get pregnant but wow, I’m … pregnant. This could be a great thing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”

Pivarnick excitedly called her partner, referred to as “John Doe-Nor” on the show, exclaiming, “So I have some news for you. I am officially, definitely pregnant — we’re having a baby!”
Earlier this month, Pivarnick went public with her fertility struggles when Season 9 of the “Jersey Shore” revival premiered. She previously suffered a miscarriage in 2011.
