Eagles' Fred Johnson's Ex-Girlfriend Claims He Booted Her While Pregnant, Dived into Dating Apps

May 11 2026

In a jaw-dropping TikTok revelation, Lyss Okada, the ex-girlfriend of Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Fred Johnson, has unleashed a storm of accusations about their tumultuous breakup. The drama unfolded as she claimed he kicked her out while she was eight months pregnant.

“Just a quick question,” Okada posed in her viral video, “Hypothetically, if a man were to kick out his 8-month pregnant girlfriend and unborn daughter to then be on [dating app] Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with, hypothetically you would not think that that type of man is a good man or a good father. You would probably not think that that type of man has integrity or morals or any form of decency, right?”

While she didn’t name Johnson directly, the timeline is hard to ignore. The couple had been flaunting their relationship on social media since at least September 2025, and after announcing their pregnancy, they even shared a gender reveal video in January.

But the drama didn’t stop there. Okada took aim at the women allegedly involved with Johnson, suggesting they were fully aware of his impending fatherhood. “Hypothetically, if these women were to be aware of the fact, hypothetically, this man has an 8-month pregnant now ex-girlfriend, a child on the way, and still decides to want to speak to and have fun with him, hypothetically, you would think that kind of woman also has no respect for herself,” she declared. “If hypothetically those situations were true, those would be some pretty s***ty f***ing people, in my opinion.”

In another TikTok post just days later, Okada shifted the narrative, urging society to stop blaming women for the partners they choose. “I am so used to people’s judgments and opinions,” she said. “But what I’ve realized is there are so many people quick to say, ‘Well, what did you do in the situation?’ or ‘You knew what you were getting yourself into.’ That’s not true. No woman ever knowingly goes into a situation thinking, ‘This person’s going to hurt me.’”

She continued with palpable frustration, “I think it’s really sick that people put the blame on women for truly just believing in and trusting the man that they fell in love with.”

Meanwhile, Johnson appeared to respond indirectly to the scandal through cryptic Instagram Story posts. One clip read, “The hardest flex isn’t revenge. Watching someone who tried to destroy you realize you survived without even mentioning their name.” He went on to reflect on betrayal and the instinct to defend oneself against falsehoods.

As this saga unfolds, both Johnson and the Eagles have yet to comment on the explosive allegations made by Okada. The drama continues to captivate audiences as more details emerge.
