AOC Rages as ICE Agent Who Killed Renee Good Gets Reinstated
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is fuming after learning that the immigration agent responsible for the fatal shooting of Renee Good in Minneapolis has been reinstated. New York Governor Kathy Hochul is demanding answers about whether this agent is now operating in her state.
"Every single American, every person that man encounters from his reinstatement on is in just great danger as she was in," Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) declared in a fiery video shared by the MeidasTouch Network.
She slammed Good's reinstatement as "so brazen" and "intentional," emphasizing the chilling implications of such a decision.
“You have an ICE agent who killed a woman in cold blood. The fact that the agency has reinstated him sends a direct message about the impunity they feel,” she added, making it clear that this isn't just a personnel issue—it's a matter of public safety.

In a letter to Tom Homan, President Trump's "border czar," Hochul expressed her deep concern over reports that Jonathan Ross, the agent who shot Good three times, has been quietly reassigned to another state. She stated she has "no confidence that Ross can be trusted to safely interact with the public."
"I am formally requesting confirmation that Jonathan Ross has not been reassigned to work in New York State," Hochul insisted, demanding immediate action if he has been moved.
Rep. Delia Rodriguez (D-Ill.) echoed these sentiments, telling PunchUp and Migrant Insider that Ross's reinstatement "should concern everyone.” She raised the critical question: "What state will he go to next?"
The Department of Homeland Security remained tight-lipped, stating they don’t discuss personnel matters, while the White House has yet to respond to requests for comment.

Ross was initially placed on three days of administrative leave following the shooting during an ICE operation on January 7. Reports surfaced earlier this week indicating he had been transferred out of Minnesota and is now working in an undisclosed state.
According to NewsNation, he’s currently assigned to administrative duties. Rep. Sarah McBride expressed her outrage, labeling it "absolutely outrageous" that Ross is back with ICE, referencing the tragic shooting of Alex Pretti during a Border Patrol confrontation just weeks later.
"This administration has learned nothing from the murders of Renee Good or Alex Pretti, and they seem to be asking for it to happen again," she stated in a video clip shared by MeidasTouch. "There is no reason to put someone who murdered an American citizen back on our streets."
"We need accountability, not unleashing this person back into our communities," McBride concluded emphatically.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn), representing the district where Good lived, lamented to PunchUp and Migrant Insider about the heartbreaking lack of accountability for her slaying.
