Bryon Noem Proposed to Model Days After Kristi Noem's Dismissal from DHS
Days after Kristi Noem was removed from her role as Homeland Security Secretary, her husband, Bryon Noem, reached out to an online fetish model with a marriage proposal. Nicole Raccagno, known on Instagram as “plastictrophybimbo,” revealed that Bryon, an insurance professional, professed his love for her and had been financially supporting her since 2020.
On March 10, just five days post-dismissal, Bryon allegedly told Raccagno, “I seem to be falling in love with you. I do love you.” In a series of messages, he reportedly offered to fund breast augmentation and declared, “You're the one that I love. I would love to marry you.”
Reports surfaced last week detailing Bryon Noem’s involvement in cross-dressing activities, including images of him in pink hot pants and a spandex top designed to mimic breasts. The 56-year-old's alleged engagement in a “bimbofication” fetish coincided with his wife’s tenure in the Trump administration.
“He gave me whatever I wanted – shoes, handbags, even bigger boobs,” Raccagno stated. “He wanted me to be his ultimate bimbo bride.” The Las Vegas resident claimed that Bryon followed her on OnlyFans under a pseudonym, and it took until 2025 for her to uncover his identity.

The two maintained an “arrangement” where Raccagno provided Bryon with explicit videos for $1,500 monthly. Payment records obtained corresponded with a phone number linked to Bryon’s insurance business in South Dakota.
On the day Kristi faced questioning from lawmakers, Raccagno texted Bryon asking if he was okay after seeing him on television. He did not respond but reconnected on March 10. Raccagno mentioned that her last communication with him was on March 23.
Attempts to reach Bryon for comments have gone unanswered. He has yet to issue an official statement regarding the allegations. Kristi Noem initially expressed shock at the situation, requesting “privacy and prayers.” However, insiders indicated that discussions about Bryon’s alleged fetishes had circulated among White House and DHS officials for months.
“Everyone knew he had problems, especially her,” a source close to the White House remarked. “It's not a secret at all.” The couple has been married for nearly 34 years and shares three adult children along with several grandchildren.

Residents of Castlewood, a small town within the Watertown area, expressed disbelief over the revelations but also sympathy for Bryon. “Must be A.I.,” said cattle rancher Kevin Ruesink, who grew up with Bryon. He added, “I’ve never known him to be part of stuff like that. I don’t believe that at all.”
Other neighbors characterized Bryon as a supportive partner who preferred to stay out of the spotlight that Kristi embraced during her time in office. “People know Bryon as the supportive husband who worked to maintain a normal family life as Kristi’s profile skyrocketed,” noted real estate appraiser Brad Johnson. “It shows the price of power and fame is very high. But Kristi invited this type of coverage by her actions at the Department of Homeland Security.”
