Bunnie Xo Brags About Jelly Roll's Divorce Payoff: 'You're Taking Care of Me'

Jun 19 2026

Bunnie Xo declares Jelly Roll is “taking care of” her financially amid their divorce, flipping the script on their marriage.

“I joke around with him, like, ‘Well, you didn’t take care of me in the marriage, but you’re taking care of me in the divorce!’” Bunnie told listeners on her “Dumb Blonde Podcast,” just one month after Jelly filed for divorce.

She laughed, “We stan a f—king king,” emphasizing that her estranged husband remains her “best friend.”

The 46-year-old insists they are ending their marriage on the best possible terms. “We’re literally settling our divorce in, like, what? We’ve done it in three weeks? Two weeks?”

Bunnie and Jelly, who tied the knot in August 2016, have already split their assets, including the “dream house” they were constructing in Tennessee.

She described the musician, 41, as “so f—king sweet,” revealing he’s “giving [her] that compound in the divorce because he knows how special it is to [her].”

Bunnie also mentioned that her friends Meme Shahan and Hailee Clark would be moving into their own houses on the compound, and she would take all of their animals.

As for the reasons behind the split, Bunnie—an escort-turned-OnlyFans creator who left sex work in March 2023—claimed they “have never really been good at having disagreements” and had a final argument on Mother’s Day.

During that fight, which she did not elaborate on, Bunnie—real name Alisa DeFord—admitted she pushed Jelly—real name Jason DeFord—to “file the f—king divorce papers.”

However, she expressed regret, stating she was “speaking out of anger and frustration” and didn’t genuinely want to separate.

“I felt like we deserved a chance to go to therapy and figure s—t out,” Bunnie explained. “He didn’t feel that way, and I respect it. It took me a month and a half now to respect that.”

She acknowledged their exhausting IVF journey had “wrecked” them both physically and emotionally, describing how the process “turned him into a freaking nightmare to be around” and left her “a shell of the person [she] was.”

Despite their breakup, Bunnie revealed that she and Jelly—whom she called “the most unconventional couple”—are “still having a baby together” and plan to co-parent as “one big happy family.”

Jelly has two children from previous relationships: daughter Bailee Ann and son Noah Buddy.

Bunnie stated, “nobody cheated on the other person,” a stark contrast to early issues in their marriage.

“It’s literally just we served our purpose for each other,” she told her audience, noting that the Grammy winner “has even started dating” again.

Jelly addressed the divorce during a concert while on his Little ASS Shed Tour, echoing Bunnie’s sentiments. He told the crowd that “nobody cheated on nobody” while calling her his “best friend” for life.

He promoted Bunnie’s podcast episode, insisting that “every word of it is the truth,” concluding with, “Bunnie, I love you, baby.”
