“No one watches Geordie Shore anymore!” Charlotte Crosby declared, throwing shade at the MTV reality juggernaut that catapulted her to fame a decade ago.
On the BAFTA TV Awards red carpet in London, the former starlet opened up about her life post-show, reminiscing about the wild ride that began in 2011. “It’s crazy how much has changed,” she said, reflecting on her early days in the spotlight.
But it’s not just nostalgia that’s on her mind. Charlotte shared a revealing moment with a younger generation: “I was at a friend’s house, and their son, who’s like 13 or 14, had no idea who I was. Not one of his friends recognized me. This generation? They’ve never even seen it.”

As she laughed about the show’s potential future as a relic of the past, Charlotte mused, “In 12 years, it’ll be so far back in the archives that no one will even mention it. I’ve got hope for my daughters, Alba and Pixi.”
Despite her playful jabs, Charlotte still holds a soft spot for the series that launched her career. “Yeah, but listen, no one really watches it anymore,” she quipped. “I’m not in it.”
She admitted to occasionally tuning in for her friends still on the show but clarified, “Not for me.”

Charlotte remains tight-knit with her former castmates, celebrating their transitions into motherhood. “Holly is about to have her second, and Sophie is having her first. It’s beautiful,” she gushed. “We’re all stepping into motherhood; it’s the best stage of our lives.”
Describing their bond as “like sisters,” she added, “Me and Sophie were Holly’s bridesmaids; it’s really special.”
