Dana White, UFC CEO, took a nosedive into embarrassment this week, mistaking an AI-generated image of Eddie Hearn for the real deal while trying to throw shade at the British boxing promoter.
White, 58, has been embroiled in a bitter feud with Hearn, the Matchroom Boxing chairman, since he stepped into the boxing arena with Zuffa. The latest exchange saw White label Hearn a "fruit loop" after Hearn accused him of being a "clout chaser."
The animosity between these two has sparked rumors of a potential fight, although Hearn has already claimed that White backed out of a proposed $81 million boxing match.

After a lull in their feud, tensions flared again when White made his feelings known during a Tuesday interview with iFL TV. He declared, "If we fight, it’s going to be over here at the f---ing APEX in the ring over there, or in some gym in London. We ain’t fighting on Netflix, you egotistical f---ing maniac," directly challenging Hearn.
White then took a personal jab at Hearn, referencing a viral image showing hair dye running down Hearn's face at an event in Egypt. He claimed this was proof that Hearn is too old to step into the ring.
"The bigger problem, did you see all the heat had his hair dye running down his f---ing face the other night at the fights? Eddie, I’ll knock the f---ing hair dye right off your f---ing head. When you’re dyeing your hair, you probably shouldn’t be f---ing fighting. You’re too old," White said.
However, White's attempt to insult backfired when he realized the image he referenced was AI-generated. His troubles didn’t stop there; he also asked ChatGPT how many shows Matchroom had produced in 2026 after being questioned about Hearn's claim that Zuffa had not held as many events as other boxing promoters this year.

"I ChatGPT’d it, and it says as of today, May 26, 2026, Matchroom Boxing has done six shows this year. That’s what Chad GPT says," White stated. "We’re about to do seven."
In reality, Matchroom Boxing has produced 15 shows so far this year—more than double what Zuffa Boxing has managed.
Fans wasted no time roasting White on social media after he fell for the AI-generated image and relied on artificial intelligence for his boxing stats. One user remarked, "Not surprised, this is the same person who gave a thumbs up to a very clearly AI post about UFC. He’s rich, but he’s not very bright."
Another chimed in with, "Not surprised coming from the king of AI slop," while a third user questioned, "Can the UFC board impeach this decrepit out-of-touch grandpa already? Jesus."
