Hunter Biden Unleashes on Melania Trump’s $1 Billion Lawsuit Threat
Melania Trump threatened Hunter Biden with a staggering $1 billion lawsuit, igniting a firestorm of controversy over his claims about Jeffrey Epstein's role in her introduction to Donald Trump.
In a raw discussion on the Friends Keep Secrets podcast, Hunter, son of former President Joe Biden, recounted the cease-and-desist order he received from Melania, who is also 56 years old. He bluntly stated, "I don’t have two nickels to rub together, let alone a billion," highlighting the absurdity of the legal threat.

During the July 7 episode, Hunter clarified that anyone can sue for any amount, addressing the confusion from co-hosts Benny Blanco and Lil Dicky regarding Melania's exorbitant demand. He quipped about starting an OnlyFans account featuring his "old stuff," showcasing his irreverent attitude amidst the legal chaos.
Hunter's comments stemmed from an August 2025 interview where he alleged that Epstein introduced Melania to Trump. This claim prompted Melania's legal team to label his statements as "false, disparaging, defamatory and inflammatory." Hunter stood by his remarks despite the backlash.
Melania's lawyers demanded a retraction and an apology, threatening legal action for "over $1 billion in damages." They claimed that Hunter's allegations caused her "overwhelming financial and reputational harm," accusing him of exploiting her name for personal gain.

Hunter's assertion that Epstein facilitated the Trumps' meeting has no substantiated evidence. In a separate interview, he suggested that unreleased Epstein files would "implicate" Trump, further complicating the narrative.
The legal correspondence from Melania's team referenced Michael Wolff, a journalist who had previously suggested Melania was acquainted with Epstein and Trump before marrying the latter. However, Wolff's claims were later retracted after Melania's attorney intervened.

When asked if he would apologize for his statements, Hunter firmly stated, "not going to happen," dismissing the lawsuit threats as mere distractions. He emphasized that his claims were based on information he believed to be credible.
Melania's letter accused Hunter of relying on a now-removed article to support his assertions. The fallout from this dispute has been intense, with Hunter facing scrutiny over his past and the implications of his statements.
On the podcast, Hunter also discussed his writing endeavors while receiving compliments from Benny about his looks. The conversation took a humorous turn when they joked about modeling and OnlyFans, with Hunter referencing his past controversies involving leaked personal information from a laptop left at a repair shop.

The laptop incident included sensitive data such as emails and nude photos, leading Hunter to pursue litigation against various parties, including Rudy Giuliani and Fox News, for breaches of privacy between 2023 and 2024.
Reflecting on his tumultuous past, Hunter candidly shared his struggles with addiction, stating he has been sober since June 1st of 2019. He lamented the invasion of privacy he experienced due to the leak of his digital footprint over 25 years.
"It was hell. I would never ever wish for the global exposure," he said, underscoring the personal toll of his public life.
