Ike Barinholtz Obliterates Mitch McConnell with Savage Joke on 'Kimmel'

Guest host Ike Barinholtz unleashed a brutal jab at Senator Mitch McConnell during “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” questioning the authenticity of a photo released to show McConnell’s recovery after a lengthy hospital stay.

Barinholtz pointed out online speculation regarding the photo's validity, stating, “He’s holding a newspaper. Can we just zoom in on that paper?”

The zoom revealed the iconic 1948 headline “Dewey Defeats Truman,” prompting Barinholtz to quip, “No wonder he looks so young.”

McConnell’s office claimed he suffered injuries from a fall and was treated for “mild” pneumonia, now transitioning from a hospital to a rehabilitation facility.

In a surprising twist, Barinholtz extended well wishes to McConnell, saying, “I hope you get the quality health care you fought so hard to deny everyone else. So, thank you. Pulling for you, Mitch.”
