Critics unleashed fury on Vice President JD Vance after he spewed reckless, baseless speculation about convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's alleged connections to Israel during an episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
Vance attempted to defend the Trump administration’s handling of file releases but conceded they “screwed up” communications regarding them.
He plunged into conspiracy theories, suggesting Epstein might have links to the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad or the CIA.
“Most people think he [Epstein] was Mossad,” Rogan stated.
“Yeah, Mossad or CIA or some other deep state, whether in America or Israel or some other country,” Vance replied.
“Or both,” Rogan interjected.
“Or both,” Vance echoed. “Look, he clearly had connections to the highest levels of American intelligence. He clearly had connections to the highest levels of Israeli intelligence.”
Critics slammed Vance for his outlandish claims, emphasizing that he is not just a random commentator but the sitting vice president with access to classified information far beyond public knowledge.
Many pointed out the absurdity of Vance trying to adopt an “outsider” persona while engaging in conspiracy theories, despite being entrenched in the political establishment.
