Vance continued, referencing old cartoons with angels and devils on shoulders, claiming he had an angel urging him to be non-partisan while the devil tempted him to mock Biden's mishaps on stairs.
However, the audience's response was telling. Many attendees showed no signs of amusement, and some felt the joke was out of touch with reality.
