Karoline Leavitt Faces Trolls While Attempting to Overlook Trump Forgetting Her Name
Karoline Leavitt's Instagram post took an unexpected turn when Donald Trump appeared to forget her name during a public event.
On March 13, the 28-year-old shared images of herself alongside the former president, dressed in a striking pink blazer and oversized black sunglasses, while Trump sported a navy suit with a vibrant purple tie. The moment was meant to showcase their camaraderie, but it quickly spiraled into ridicule.

During a White House event celebrating Women’s History Month, Trump mistakenly referred to Leavitt as Kellyanne Conway, the former Senior Counselor to the President. “And of course Kellyanne Conway, has anyone ever heard of her?” he asked the audience, prompting confusion and laughter.
“She’s fantastic. She’s in there fighting,” Trump continued, oblivious to the mix-up. His comments about Conway’s assertiveness in dealing with the media only added fuel to the fire.

As Leavitt posted her photos shortly after the gaffe, social media users seized the opportunity to troll her. Comments flooded in, with one user quipping, “Hey, it’s Kellyanne Conway!” while others chimed in with similar jests, calling her “KellyAnne” and asking how she was doing.
The slip-up was broadcast live, leading many viewers to express their disbelief online. “He’s confusing Karoline Leavitt with Kellyanne Conway? Am I hearing that correctly?” one user questioned, while another remarked on the apparent cognitive decline, asking why the press wasn’t scrutinizing it more closely.
Critics of Trump were quick to point out his ongoing health rumors, especially after he was seen with a noticeable rash on his neck during a recent Medal of Honor ceremony. White House physician Sean Barbabella later clarified that the redness was due to a common skin treatment prescribed for preventative care.
Despite the lighthearted trolling from social media users, the incident raises questions about Trump's mental acuity as he continues to navigate public appearances amid ongoing health concerns.
