Kenzie Annis Slams 'Sex Maniac' Label: 'I Am Getting Horny'

Kenzie Annis, a contestant on Love Island USA, confronted the label of being a "sex maniac" during a recent episode. The backlash came after her father expressed discomfort over her intimate encounters with multiple men on the show.

In the Aftersun special aired on July 10, Kenzie’s father recounted watching her get close with various partners, revealing how the public perceived her actions. He pointed out that many viewed her as overly obsessed with sex.

“I am not a sex maniac,” Kenzie shot back during their phone call, firmly rejecting the characterization.

Later in the episode, while being interviewed by hosts Ciara Miller and Tefi Pessoa, Kenzie was heard saying, “I am getting horny, bro,” as she sat alongside Dylan Wrona.

Throughout her time in the villa, Kenzie has navigated several romantic connections. She initially paired with Zach Georgiou, then switched to Corbin Mims. However, America intervened, changing her partner to Caleb McDaniel before she briefly reunited with Corbin prior to his departure to Casa Amor.

Ultimately, Kenzie exited the villa with Dylan.

Love Island USA, which began in the U.K. in 2002, has expanded globally with various spinoffs, including its U.S. version on Peacock. Each season features a new group of singles who must couple up to remain in the luxurious villa.

The contestants, known as Islanders, live in isolation under constant surveillance. To stay on the show and compete for the $100,000 prize, they must form couples.

Season 8 has ramped up the sexual activity within the villa, with numerous couples engaging in intimate relations while sharing bedrooms. Season 7 also set records for hookups among Islanders.

From Hannah Fields and Pepe Garcia to Huda Mustafa and Jeremiah Brown, contestants have found creative ways to discuss their sexual encounters without directly addressing them on camera.

Hannah revealed in June 2025 that they used code phrases for intimacy, saying, “We would say, ‘How was your journey? What was this journey like?’ Huda started it when she said something like, ‘Oh, I had a journey. My journey went all the way.’”

Love Island USA is set to conclude on July 12 on Peacock.
