Kyle Cooke Blasts Amanda for ‘Flat-Out’ Deceiving Him About West During Finale

Jul 15 2026

Kyle Cooke didn’t hold back during the finale of In the City, confronting Amanda Batula about her relationship with West Wilson in a raw exchange.

“It just makes me so f***ing upset,” Kyle, 43, told Amanda, 34, in a heated moment. “You point blank lied to me about West.”

This confrontation took place on April 9, shortly after Amanda and West, 31, publicly acknowledged their romance on March 31. Prior to this, both denied any romantic involvement before confirming their relationship.

Kyle accused Amanda of abandoning him for a man who “rages three times harder,” referencing her constant criticism of his partying during their four-year marriage, which ended in January.

Amanda appeared shocked by the accusations but quickly denied them. “I didn’t leave you for someone else,” she insisted, adding that she was “scared.”

The estranged couple recounted their breakup announcement from January, with Amanda expressing gratitude for managing to do it together despite the chaos.

Kyle admitted, “I was no saint. I know I made things worse. I don’t know if I was self-sabotaging or crying out for help or good old-fashioned spiral. I’m not proud of how I acted.”

Amanda acknowledged multiple factors contributed to their relationship's downfall.

Kyle confirmed it was “the right decision” to end things and expressed relief that they didn’t cling to false hope.

Amanda faced backlash over her relationship with West, partly due to her past friendship with Ciara Miller, West’s ex. She quipped that the drama has “helped” Kyle’s business, Loverboy.

“I think they hate me so much,” she said about fans, prompting Kyle to respond, “I don’t think it’s all hate.”

Amanda revealed she feels trapped at home due to the scandal. “Walking over here was scary. I am literally terrified to walk outside because I’m afraid someone is going to scream in my face,” she confessed.

She expressed a desire for “a sense of normalcy” now that her relationship is public.

Amanda firmly stated, “There was no f***ing affair” and denied cheating on Kyle with West.

“I’m not downplaying anything that I did,” she continued. “And how f***ed up it was with my friendship but I also want to go out and do things.”

Amanda warned that hiding would lead her into a dark place, prompting Kyle to step into protector mode.

“Make sure you do it with the people who have been there your whole life,” he advised, emphasizing the importance of leaning on those who truly know her.

Amanda recognized Kyle as one of those lifelong supporters.

“Do you want to go to dinner?” she asked him.

Kyle joked about the potential internet storm it could create but agreed. “It will probably create quite the internet storm, but I’m happy to.”

Amanda suggested a double date with West and Salley Carson, smirking at the idea. Kyle grimaced at the thought before excusing himself to return to work.

Despite appearing on decent terms during their April catch-up, Amanda accused Kyle of infidelity during their marriage in a trailer for the two-part reunion. He had previously admitted to cheating before their engagement.

“How many people are you sleeping with and how soon after?” Amanda pressed Kyle in the trailer released on July 13, claiming he “had sex with someone while we were married.”

In the City’s season 1 reunion begins on Bravo Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET, with an uncensored version available to stream the next day on Peacock.
