Lee Andrews Declares 'I Lied' After Prison Release, Love for Katie Price Amidst Controversy

Lee Andrews is out of prison, but the drama surrounding him and Katie Price is far from over.

Andrews publicly declared his love for Price after weeks of turmoil while he was incarcerated. He was released from Dubai's Al Awir prison last week, following a two-week disappearance that left many questioning his whereabouts.

Upon his release, he took to Instagram to share a romantic reel featuring a couple walking hand-in-hand into the sunset. He expressed that he had never experienced true love until meeting Katie.

In his original post, he stated: "OK I lied. my first real love is happening right now. and yes, it feels strange that I once called anything else love." He added, "It's always been you @katieprice."

This comes after a tumultuous period for the couple, whose relationship faced intense scrutiny when Lee failed to board a flight to the UK and was later discovered to be in prison.

Katie Price had publicly pleaded for help in locating Lee, fearing he might have been kidnapped. It was later revealed that he had been detained in Al Awir Central Prison in the Middle East.

Lee claimed he was imprisoned for alleged espionage, but reports indicate he was actually jailed over unpaid debts. He has denied any involvement in fraud or criminal activity.

He credited Katie for her unwavering support during this crisis, stating that without her intervention with UK authorities, he might still be behind bars. "I am sending these messages out to my loved ones and my beautiful wife who without her help involving all the UK authorities, I don’t think I would have got out of that situation," he said.

Katie flew to Dubai to reunite with her husband after his release. Despite their affectionate social media posts since then, their relationship remains under strain due to the circumstances of his arrest and allegations from his ex-partners Alana Percival and Dina regarding financial mismanagement, which Lee has vehemently denied.

Katie has expressed that she still needs answers from Lee about his arrest and the claims made by his exes. She stated, "I need answers, and if I don’t like the answers, I’ll be gone."

Despite the challenges, she has defended her choice to stand by Lee. Recently, she showcased a piece of jewelry he bought for her, posting: "Mr and Mrs. Love my new ring."
