In a sneak peek of a video promoting her upcoming album, “Confessions II,” the 67-year-old pop icon faced a pointed question from designer Raul Lopez: “Who was your best dick down?”

“I’m only going to name dead people,” she shot back before whispering, “John Kennedy Jr.”

A source told People in 2024 that they met a few times, engaging in flirty banter but never forming a true “relationship.”

Madonna has been married twice—to actor Sean Penn and director Guy Ritchie—both of whom are still alive, along with another famous ex, Warren Beatty.
