Madonna's 'Confessions 2' Film: A Dazzling Display of Cone Bras, PVC Dresses, and Star-Studded Chaos

Madonna, at 67, is back on the dance floor, unleashing a visual frenzy with her new film for "Confessions II" on YouTube.

The 13-minute spectacle features Madonna transitioning from a solitary apartment to a forest where dancers writhe in tattered underwear, culminating in a packed dance floor and a celebrity-filled club bathroom.

Dolce & Gabbana dressed Madonna and the entire cast, pulling from their archives to outfit her in a bejeweled top from the fall 1991 collection during her dance-off with Sabrina Carpenter, set to their duet "Bring Your Love."

Carpenter crawls through the crowd in black lace, while Julia Garner, cast to portray Madonna in a long-stalled biopic, makes an appearance in a cone bra, paying homage to one of pop's most iconic looks.

This collaboration between Madonna and Dolce & Gabbana spans over 30 years, dating back to when the brand designed costumes for her 1993 "The Girlie Show" world tour.

In the bathroom scene set to "Danceteria," Madonna switches into a slick clear PVC dress paired with pale blue satin and a glimpse of black bra underneath, reminiscent of her 1998 "Ray of Light" album cover.

"Danceteria" draws inspiration from the now-closed New York club where a young Madonna hustled DJs to play her demos, featuring a blur of star-studded cameos.

Kate Moss appears in a leather jacket and dress, Odessa A’zion sips a martini clad in sequined pasties and a garter belt before colliding with Madonna, while Benedict Cumberbatch, Debi Mazar, Gwendoline Christie, Richard E. Grant, and DJ Honey Dijon crowd the stalls.

Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon is revealed as one of the camera-toting, lingerie-clad women pursuing her mother throughout the film, delivering the final word.

The project, directed by David Toro and Solomon Chase (known as TORSO), premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York shortly after Madonna's surprise concert in Times Square to kick off Pride Month.

"Confessions II," the album sequel to 2005's "Confessions on a Dance Floor," is set to drop on July 3, with Madonna teasing tour plans for the new music but confirming that a Vegas residency is off the table.
