Melania Trump stirred the pot during a recent chat with Maria Bartiromo, and boy, did it ignite a firestorm. The former First Lady, now 56, sat down for an interview on Mornings with Maria Bartiromo, and her comments about women's safety in America sent Fox News fans into a frenzy.
In a moment that left many scratching their heads, Melania declared, "He would like to have a country where all of the people can walk down the street and not be harassed or murdered or women raped." This statement comes on the heels of her husband’s controversial actions and statements that have raised eyebrows across the nation.
She continued, "I think it’s very important, and what happened a few years ago, so many criminals came over the border, and he closed the border now, a while back already, and we need to take care of our citizens." This was in reference to the Trump administration's aggressive border policies that have drawn criticism from various quarters.

As the segment made its rounds on social media platform X, viewers wasted no time voicing their outrage. One user bluntly asked, "What planet are you on, Melania? Your Orange T-rd is doing everything opposite of what you’re saying." The backlash was swift and brutal.
Another viewer chimed in with disdain, stating, "I don’t have a single minute of time to waste listening to ANYTHING Melania Trump has to say. Thank you for your attention to this matter." Clearly, the audience was not holding back.
One particularly scathing comment read, "She best not talk about what Trump wants for women - We know what he took as often as he wanted...and it does not bear repeating." The user didn’t mince words, highlighting the stark contrast between Melania's claims and her husband's history.

While Donald Trump has not faced criminal charges for rape, a federal civil jury in New York found him liable for sexual abuse and defamation against writer E. Jean Carroll in May 2023. The jury's verdict led to a $5 million damages order, with Judge Lewis Kaplan clarifying that the jury's findings met the common definition of "rape."
In January 2024, Trump faced another defamation trial resulting in an additional $83.3 million judgment. He continues to deny all allegations, claiming he did not know Carroll and labeling her accusations as fabrications.
Adding fuel to the fire, a 2005 recording surfaced in October 2016 where Trump made lewd comments about women, infamously stating he could "grab 'em by the p---y" because he was a star. He later dismissed those remarks as "locker room talk," but the damage was done.

Social media users didn’t stop there; they also mocked Trump's lavish lifestyle. One user sarcastically noted, "I’m sure his BILLION DOLLAR BALLROOM and FLUORESCENT BLUE REFLECTING POOL will do lots toward making America safe again. #StupidWordsFromTheWorstLady." The irony was not lost on them.
Another user blasted Melania’s public speaking skills: "It’s probably a good thing that Melania Trump doesn’t say much in public because every time she opens her mouth, she looks like an amateur at the comedy club." Ouch!
As if that wasn’t enough drama, Eric Trump recently revealed the seven words that Barron whispered into Joe Biden’s ear. What’s next in this saga? Stay tuned!
