Missing Air Force General with UFO Insights 'Intended to Disappear'
William Neil McCasland, a 68-year-old former Air Force general, has been missing since February 27, raising eyebrows and concerns about his potential knowledge of UFO phenomena.
In a chilling 911 call, his wife, Susan Wilkerson, revealed that her husband "had planned not to be found." This statement has left many questioning the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
Wilkerson reported that McCasland left their home without essential items, including his phone and prescription glasses. "He’s left his phone. He changed his clothes into… I don’t know what. I think he’s on foot," she told the dispatcher, emphasizing the unusual nature of his departure.
Three hours after he went missing, she expressed concern over his deliberate choice to leave behind his phone, stating, "He turned it off and left it behind, which seems kind of deliberate because he’s always got his phone." The absence of his smartwatch, typically worn at all times, further fueled suspicions.
Despite her worries, Wilkerson did not suspect foul play but noted that McCasland took a .38-caliber revolver with him. She mentioned her husband's struggles with anxiety and short-term memory loss, hinting at a possible mental health crisis.
“Other than saying if his brain body keeps deteriorating, he didn’t want to live like that,” she explained, suggesting that his state of mind may have influenced his actions.
The case has raised national security alarms, particularly due to McCasland's rumored involvement in classified UFO-related programs. Investigative journalist Ross Coulthart described the situation as a "grave national security crisis," highlighting the potential implications if McCasland possesses sensitive information regarding extraterrestrial encounters.
“This is a man with some of the most sensitive secrets of the United States in his head,” Coulthart warned, underscoring the urgency of locating him.
McCasland's career included overseeing research at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, a location notorious for its connections to classified military projects and alleged UFO sightings, including the infamous Roswell incident. As the search continues, questions linger about what secrets he may hold and the reasons behind his sudden disappearance.
