In a playful moment, Reinstein lifted Kidman's white straw hat off her face, showcasing their relaxed vibe. The two shared intimate moments as they leaned close on their pool chairs.

The 59-year-old actress donned a see-through white top over a blue bikini, paired with white shorts and Chanel flats. She carried a small straw bag as they departed the pool area.

Reinstein sported a navy blue collared shirt, matching bathing suit, white and brown sneakers, and black sunglasses. The pair's chemistry was evident as they enjoyed each other's company.

Just last weekend, they were seen chatting outside Kidman's hotel room in Portofino. Reinstein, a Los Angeles native, founded his global private equity firm in 2013, where he serves as chairman and chief investment officer.

Kidman traveled to Italy with her daughters, Sunday and Faith, whom she shares with ex-husband Keith Urban. Reports indicate that she is focused on finding happiness following her divorce.
