‘Pathetic’ Pete Hegseth Humiliated After Cringe-Worthy Workout Videos Go Viral — ‘Must Have a Humiliation Kink’
Pete Hegseth's workout videos have gone viral, and the backlash is brutal. Critics are slamming the Secretary of Defense as "weak" after witnessing his embarrassing performance.
His department's social media accounts recently unleashed a series of clips showcasing the former Fox News personality struggling through training exercises with military personnel in Guantanamo Bay.
In one clip, Hegseth runs alongside a group of military "warriors," lifting weights while grunting and visibly struggling to keep up.
"CRUSHED 44 reps on the bench after a morning run with the troops yesterday in GTMO," the department tweeted on X, as Hegseth desperately attempted a 45th rep.
Another video features the 46-year-old trying to rally the troops by claiming President Trump has "got (their) backs" and is ready to "unleash" them.

Despite his enthusiasm, viewers were not impressed. One user quipped, "Pete Hegseth must have a humiliation kink."
Another commenter stated, "I'm almost embarrassed for him – such a weak, pathetic excuse for a man," while another joked, "Skipping the hell out of leg day. That's for sure."

A harsh critic remarked, "You have so f-cked up our military; they will continue to be the butt of every war joke there is."
This isn't Hegseth's first attempt to showcase his workout routine. Earlier this year, he appointed his teenage son, Gunner, to spot him while attempting to bench press 315 pounds.
"Three plates. Gunner on the spot. Long time coming. Let's go," Hegseth declared as his 15-year-old son stood behind him.
"Gotta keep the butt down. Gotta keep the butt down, if I can," he muttered while benching, before adding, "Now, don't lift – I got it... One, two, three!"
At one point, Hegseth struggled under the weight, prompting Gunner to reach in for assistance.

"Don't touch it!" Hegseth shouted before managing to lift the weight.
Hegseth previously claimed to have completed 100 push-ups and 50 pull-ups in under six minutes and even roped in Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for a workout session.
The duo participated in the "Pete and Bobby Challenge," urging cabinet members to work out regularly.

"It's all about Make America Healthy Again, we're gonna be fit, not fat, we want recruits that are ready to go," Hegseth proclaimed in a promotional clip.
Hegseth has made headlines for calling out "fat" troops. Last year, he addressed military leaders in Quantico, Virginia, seizing the moment to criticize soldiers' appearances.
"No more identity months, DEI offices, dudes in dresses. No more climate change worship, no more division, distraction, or gender delusions, no more debris," he ranted before targeting overweight troops.
He stated, "Fat troops are tiring to look at... It's tiring to look out at combat formations, or really any formation, and see fat troops." Months later, he reiterated this sentiment while addressing West Point military academy graduates.
"You are fit, not fat. You are disciplined, not distracted," he declared during his speech.
