Queen Camilla's Awkward Encounter with Ex-Husband After Snubbing Melania Trump's Gift
Queen Camilla faced an unexpected reunion with her ex, Andrew Parker Bowles, at the Badminton Horse Trials in Gloucestershire, and she handled it like a royal.
The 78-year-old queen greeted her former husband, who she divorced in 1995, with poise as they both mingled at the prestigious equestrian event. Camilla and Andrew tied the knot in 1973, welcoming two children, Tom and Laura, before their split.

As president of the Ebony Horse Club, Camilla was there to connect with members and celebrate the club's 30th anniversary. This encounter came hot on the heels of her whirlwind four-day trip to the States with King Charles.
During her U.S. visit, she met with volunteers from the club’s riding school in Brixton, which provides riding lessons and support for disadvantaged youth. She expressed her deep admiration for the club, stating she was "so moved" when she first discovered it years ago.

At the horse trials, Camilla engaged with British broadcaster Clare Balding and even took a spin on a horse simulator demonstrated by a teenager from the club. Talk about getting back in the saddle!
Later, she made her way to the arena to watch young riders perform a musical ride to "London Calling" by The Clash. Afterward, she presented rosettes to the talented quartet and their ponies. Amidst all this, she was spotted chatting with six-time Badminton winner Lucinda Green and sharing a cordial moment with Andrew during a reception.

Fast forward a decade after her divorce from Andrew, Camilla married King Charles on April 9, 2005. Now, they celebrate 20 years of matrimony.
But that’s not all—Camilla's run-in with her ex came right after a rather awkward moment involving Melania Trump. Following their U.S. tour, Camilla was seen sporting a stunning $40,700 Tiffany & Co. brooch gifted by Melania during their White House visit.
However, as they departed from the Trumps, she made a bold fashion statement by swapping out Melania's extravagant gift for a Cartier brooch featuring both the Union Jack and the American flag while visiting Arlington National Cemetery. Talk about sending a message!
