RFK Jr. Unleashes Shirtless AI Video of Himself Battling a Twinkie to Limp Bizkit's Beats
In a striking display of creativity, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. posted an AI-generated video on social media featuring himself shirtless, grappling with a Twinkie while Limp Bizkit's "Rollin'" blares in the background. This peculiar clip aligns with his ongoing “Make America Healthy Again” initiative.
On Sunday, the video, titled “MAHAMania: Snack Down,” surfaced on X, showcasing Kennedy’s unique approach to promoting his health agenda. The AI rendition of Kennedy is seen wrestling a man dressed as a Twinkie, who brandishes a sign proclaiming, “I [heart] Junk Food.”

As the clip unfolds, Kennedy delivers a series of kicks and slams to the Twinkie, ultimately emerging victorious as the phrase “Eat Real Food” flashes across the screen.
His unconventional methods extend beyond this video; Kennedy has been spotted exercising in jeans and sharing workout sessions with musician Kid Rock, further emphasizing his commitment to the MAHA movement.

Since assuming office, Kennedy has aggressively targeted ultra-processed foods, labeling them as detrimental to American health. However, during his confirmation hearing, he assured lawmakers that he wouldn’t be targeting beloved fast foods like Big Macs or Twinkies. Instead, he aims to raise awareness about food choices.
“We need to deploy NIH and FDA to do the research to understand the relationship between these different food additives and chronic disease,” he stated. “But I don't want to take food away from anybody. If you enjoy a McDonald's cheeseburger or a Diet Coke, you should be able to have them.”

He added, “If you want to eat Hostess Twinkies, you should be able to do that, but you should know what the impacts are on your family and on your health.”
While Kennedy emphasizes nutrition, other public health issues appear neglected. As of March 2026, measles cases have surged in 31 states, with South Carolina experiencing over 1,000 cases primarily among unvaccinated children—the largest outbreak since measles was declared eradicated over 25 years ago.

Amid declining vaccination rates, officials from the Trump administration, including Kennedy, have raised doubts about vaccine safety. Despite his skepticism, he has endorsed the measles-mumps-rubella vaccine for children, even after previously making misleading claims regarding its effectiveness.
Last April, Kennedy mentioned testing unproven treatments for measles, such as cod liver oil. “Good nutrition remains a best defense against most chronic and infectious illnesses,” he asserted.

Kennedy has also praised a doctor known for discussing vaccine dangers and controversially claimed that vaccines contain “aborted fetus debris.” Misleading statements about vaccines, including false links to autism, circulated during a severe measles outbreak last August, according to a KFF Health poll.
