Milania Giudice, daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, faced an assault arrest that has sent shockwaves through the reality TV world.
“It is what it is, s--t happens in life and you gotta learn from it,” the 20-year-old declared in a TikTok video posted on Monday. “Just become a better person and talk about it.”
She admitted to being “not in a good area in my life” when the arrest took place in May.
“That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me,” Milania stated. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”
Milania denied circulating rumors about a viral mugshot. “I have one thing to say, I’m going to save the rest for tomorrow. But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe. That’s AI,” she insisted.
“I ate down in my mugshot,” she added, referring to her actual mugshot, which remains unreleased. “I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of.”
Milania expressed disbelief that fans think the alleged mugshot is real. “But that’s all I have to say for tonight,” she concluded.
On May 14, Milania was arrested for domestic violence and charged with one count of simple assault, as confirmed by Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano.
She was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, but no plea was entered at that time.
Teresa Giudice has four daughters: Milania, Gia, Gabriella, and Audriana, with her ex-husband Joe Giudice. The couple was married from 1999 until their divorce in 2020. Teresa married Luis Ruelas in 2022.
The latest season of “RHONJ” began filming before news of Milania’s arrest broke earlier this month.
