Richard Dreyfuss’ Ex-Wife Seeks ‘Love Robot’ After Dating Pool Dried Up

The ex-wife of Hollywood star Richard Dreyfuss has thrown in the towel on finding a suitable partner, now aiming to spend her life with a “love robot” after running out of men in Idaho more than ten years ago.

Jeramie Rain Dreyfuss, a former actress and screenwriter, has one peculiar wish left, as revealed by her daughter, Emily Dreyfuss.

Emily disclosed that her mother dreams of owning a “sex robot,” according to reports.

Jeramie clarified to her daughter that she prefers the term “love robot,” which she envisions as a helper around the house and a companion to snuggle with at night.

“Well, I want a love robot. I’d like to kiss a beautiful, handsome robot,” she expressed to her daughter.

“I’d like to hang out with a robot. I’d like him to fix things,” she added.

When prompted about snuggling, Jeramie confirmed, “So yes, I’d love to snuggle. He could even sleep in my bed.”

She specified that she would prefer the robot to be “anatomically endowed” and possess “nice lips.”

This desire for a humanoid companion follows a string of failed relationships with some of Hollywood’s most notorious figures.

Jeramie was married to Dreyfuss for over a decade and also had romantic ties with infamous womanizer Jack Nicholson and singer Bob Dylan.

She expressed a longing for a partner who prioritizes her over their career.

“Emily, they won’t fight with you. They won’t cheat on you,” she stated.

“They won’t leave you. They won’t think you’re too old or not attractive enough. My robot will like me.”

The former actress doesn’t entirely blame the men from her past and admits that her “man-picker” is broken.

“Some of them were fantasy men. They’d spin dreams,” Jeramie recounted.

She recalled one instance involving Dylan, who allegedly suggested, “Pick a mountaintop anywhere in the world, and we’ll move there and have blond, blue-eyed children.”

While no actual “love robot” exists yet, Emily could purchase her mother a Unitree GI Humanoid robot on Amazon for nearly $18,000 before Jeramie turns 79 in August.

This new breed of robots resembles humans, can stand upright, fold shirts, answer doors, fetch coffee, and take over tedious factory work.

However, experts caution that these machines are not capable of reciprocating love—at least not yet.
