Summer House Star Breaks Silence on Erika Kirk's Controversial Bravo Cameo
Summer House star Carl Radke is spilling the beans on his encounter with Erika Kirk, despite being told to zip it. Kirk, who made a fleeting appearance in season 3 of the show, has since transformed into a high-profile CEO and widow.
The Bravo series has been airing since 2017, chronicling the chaotic lives of New Yorkers escaping to the Hamptons each summer. It has featured a slew of personalities from various Bravo shows, including Vanderpump Rules, alongside figures from outside the Bravo realm.
As Season 10 heats up with drama surrounding Amanda Batula and West Wilson, Radke, 41, is revisiting his infamous meeting with Kirk.

Kirk, 37, popped up briefly in a 2019 episode where Radke introduced her to his housemate, Jordan Verroi. This revelation comes amid JD Vance's admission that his wife altered a family decision after the murder of Charlie Kirk.
In a recent chat with Variety, Radke recounted the encounter. “I remember it all. I didn’t know she was ‘Erika Kirk.’ She wasn’t with [Charlie] then. She was doing stuff in New York. I met her and her brunette friend, who was on the double date as well,” he said.
Radke attempted to play matchmaker, suggesting his friend Jordan for Kirk’s friend. “We did that whole thing; they went on a date or two. I tried to set ‘em up! The whole thing is kind of insane,” he added.

Despite his memories, Radke admitted he’s been advised against discussing the situation further. “I’ve been advised not to really talk about it because it doesn’t have to deal with me,” he stated. “But all roads lead to Bravo.”
Kirk has remained tight-lipped about her cameo but married her husband in 2021. They welcomed two children before tragedy struck when he was fatally shot in September 2025 at just 31 years old. Following his death, Erika took over as CEO of Turning Point USA.
In December 2025, she opened up about her new responsibilities during a CBS News town hall. “I didn’t ask for this. It’s obviously a blessing,” she remarked about her transition into a working mom.

“I view it as a blessing [and] a duty to my husband, but I was very happy being a stay-at-home mom. There’s nothing wrong with being a mother. There’s actually [no] more beautiful and emotional and powerful ‘job title’ if you will [than] being a mother,” she continued.
“For me, I experienced what it was like living in New York and being part of that ‘boss babe’ culture. When I met Charlie and we had our babies, I was in it,” she added.
“That was all hands on deck. I would take that world in a heartbeat. Stepping into this role is not so much a job title. It’s not a 9-to-5 for me [and] this is something that I’m very passionate about. [Turning Point USA] is still a living, breathing version of my husband.”
