Sydney Sweeney unleashed a barrage of jaw-dropping images on Instagram, flaunting her sculpted abs in a provocative underwear shoot.
The actress posed in a kitchen, showcasing her lean, athletic physique while promoting her brand, SYRN. She captioned the post, "Are you a small town girl? New drop out now."
Fans erupted in the comments, showering her with compliments. One follower declared, "Super gorgeous as always, dear Sydney." Another exclaimed, "You're absolutely amazing WOW," while yet another noted, "So cute and lovely and strong too." Her commitment to fitness is well-known among her supporters, who admire her enthusiasm for health and physical training.

The Hollywood star recently expressed her love for Solidcore, a workout program described as a "high intensity, low impact full body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer."
With the lights dimmed and music pumping, participants discover a stronger version of themselves by the first song change. The core workout employs slow, controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles for stronger rebuilding.
Sydney's excitement for Solidcore is palpable. She told Women's Health it was "one of the greatest workouts you could do," revealing she frequents the studio two to three times weekly.

"It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that," she shared. Her passion for Mixed Martial Arts is equally notable; introduced to an MMA academy in Los Angeles by her mother at just 13 years old.
Her former MMA coach Arthur Chivichyan recounted her impressive skills even at a young age. "Sydney was a tough, competitive person," he stated. "And yes, it's true. She would beat up guys."
Chivichyan described the gym as predominantly male, a place where people "get knocked out," contrasting it with more relaxed jiu-jitsu training environments.

"She wasn't a crybaby," he continued. "She trained hard, sweat pouring down her face, hair disheveled, and she didn't care."
"We treated her just like any other student and when any new guys joined, she would beat a lot of them up." Chivichyan praised Sydney's character, asserting that fame hasn't changed her.
When he and fellow members of the Hayastan Academy met up with Sydney at Shake Shack before a private screening of the boxing film Christy, she greeted them with warm hugs and spent an hour catching up.
Chivichyan remarked, "She didn't have to do that. But she cared. She said if we host a screening for students, she will come and surprise them. That's the real Sydney."
