Tom Sandoval’s Girlfriend and Her Father Kicked Out After Alleged Violent Clash

Tom Sandoval's girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, and her father, Will Robinson, are being booted from the Bravo star's residence after a violent incident that led to dual temporary restraining orders.

Documents reveal that as of Thursday, both Victoria and Will must vacate the "Vanderpump Rules" star's Los Angeles home immediately.

The court orders dictate that they can only take personal clothing and essential belongings until the hearing, which is set for July 16.

They are mandated to maintain a distance of 100 yards from Sandoval, including his home, workplace, and vehicle.

Additionally, they are barred from possessing any firearms.

Temporary restraining orders will expire on July 16, coinciding with another scheduled hearing.

On June 3, Sandoval served Victoria with a restraining order after she was arrested for allegedly attacking him on the same day. She was released after bonding out.

Inmate records indicate that Robinson was due in court on Thursday.

According to the documents, an argument erupted after a night of drinking, during which Will allegedly punched a hole in a spare bedroom wall and confronted Sandoval.

Sandoval claims he barricaded himself in a room, but Will broke in and allegedly struck him, resulting in visible injuries to his ear and neck, along with blurry vision.

“I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night,” he stated.

He added that persistent pain in his mouth led him to seek emergency medical evaluation.

Sandoval expressed regret over taking a phone call from Victoria's mother while in jail and allegedly lending her bail money.

The reality star described their two-year relationship as filled with violence, claiming Victoria had punched him, thrown a Gatorade bottle at him, and verbally abused him.

He asserted that both Victoria and Will continued living in the rented home at his expense after the incident, leaving him “completely displaced.”

Since then, Sandoval has been staying with friends and in hotels, expressing grave concerns for his safety and well-being.

“I genuinely fear returning to the [residence] while [Robinson] and her father remain there and I have no alternate long-term accommodations,” he wrote in court documents.

Sandoval began dating Victoria in 2024, nearly a year after his split from Ariana Madix.

An insider revealed that they had been dating for about a month as of February 2024.

In December 2024, breakup rumors surfaced when Victoria appeared to accuse Sandoval of cheating on her via social media, prompting him to delete photos of her from his profile.

Victoria later retracted her claims and apologized for her “true misjudgment.”
