The bizarre alliance between President Donald Trump and Nicki Minaj intensifies as they shower each other with praise at the White House.
During a recent Rose Garden Club luncheon, Trump announced Minaj’s attendance and unleashed a torrent of compliments. “We also have a woman that is so respected and so hot and so great and such a great friend of — I don’t say conservative, I say of common sense,” he declared. “She’s a fantastic person, and she’s a woman that’s respected by everybody, and she’s got real talent: Nicki Minaj.”
Trump, known for his comments on appearances, has a history of using the term “hot” to describe popularity or success. He has also labeled America as the “hottest country anywhere in the world.”
In a later segment of his 30-minute remarks, Trump circled back to Minaj while discussing the Small Business Administration. “They call it small business, Nicki, but when you add it up, it’s bigger than any bank probably in the world, right?” he said after calling her “so incredible.”
Minaj took to X to share her experience at the White House, tagging her posts with “#WhiteHouseBarbie.” She flaunted her nails and pink dress in one clip and posted a photo of herself next to Trump in the Oval Office.
Self-proclaimed as Trump’s “No. 1 fan,” Minaj has previously lavished similar praise on him. At Turning Point USA’s annual convention late last year, she called Trump “handsome” and “dashing,” labeling him a good “role model.”
Just before that, she expressed gratitude to Trump on X for addressing the persecution of Christians in Nigeria, following his remarks about the “mass slaughter” there being an “existential threat.”
