Trump Threatens Iran: 'Missiles Locked and Loaded' for Assassination Attempt
Donald Trump claims he's at the top of Iran's kill list, issuing a stark warning that could escalate tensions dramatically.
In a menacing statement, Trump declared that thousands of missiles are "locked and loaded" and aimed at Iran if they attempt to assassinate him. This threat came just hours after the funeral of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, where calls for Trump's death were openly voiced.

Trump asserted that "orders have already been given" for the U.S. military to "completely decimate" all regions of Iran over a one-year period, with the possibility of extending this aggressive stance. He emphasized the readiness of military forces to respond decisively.
On Truth Social, he wrote: "1000 Missiles are Locked and Loaded and aimed at the Islamic Republic of Iran, with thousands of more to immediately follow, should the Iranian Government act on its threat, pronounced in many corners of the Globe, to assassinate, or attempt to assassinate, the sitting President of the United States of America, in this case, ME!"

Trump's alarming message follows reports that Israel uncovered intelligence suggesting an Iranian plot to eliminate him. This information was allegedly shared with U.S. officials, heightening concerns about potential threats.
While addressing journalists in Turkey during the NATO summit, Trump reiterated his awareness of threats against his life. He stated: "They want to take out the US leader - me. I'm on every list. I saw this morning, I'm on every single one of their lists. And so far, I guess I've been a little bit lucky, but that maybe doesn't last very long."

The day after Trump's comments, Iranians mourned Khamenei and displayed banners proclaiming "We Will Kill Trump," signaling a dangerous escalation in rhetoric.
Despite previous efforts to establish a peace accord and restore international commerce through the Strait of Hormuz, Trump declared the ceasefire "over" at the NATO summit. He expressed his disdain for negotiations, stating: "I don't want to deal with them anymore. They're scum."
